What better way to celebrate your child’s birthday than here at our 10,000 square foot, fully air conditioned gymnastics facility? It’s easy and it’s fun! We’ll entertain the kids; you ENJOY the party!
Parties are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday parties and longer party times are available upon request.
For the last ½ hour of the party when the fun and games are over, the instructors will help with serving the children and will even record who gave what gifts and pack them up. They will also clean up so there is no hassle for you! A party here means NO MESS AT HOME!!! You just stand back, relax and take pictures! Parties are to begin and end promptly to be fair to waiting groups. You may arrive 15 minutes early to setup. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required at time of reservation to secure your spot.

WE PROVIDE
Booking your party with Gymnastic World is more than simply booking a venue. We provide the facility, the party, a private Birthday Party room, and two birthday instructors. Tables and chairs are included in your party price.

Add ons:
*Velcro Wall: You will need to add an instructor, dedicated to continually monitoring this event; it will be $50 for a 2 hour party. If you are interested in adding this amazingly fun event to your party, you will need to advise us when you book your party. Requests made closer to the event may only be accommodated based on staff availability.

*Karaoke Party: Test your singing skills in our Karaoke room “Where you’re the star everyday!”. Our Karaoke room uses the most advanced Karaoke System and the newest song list for your child to feel like a star every time they pickup the microphone. This is designed specifically for children ages 4-16 in order for them to get familiar with reading along with popular songs they know from lots of their favorite artists. From the party lights shining in their face to their friends cheering and dancing in the audience our karaoke party ensures your child’s event will never be forgotten.

PRICING
Party Pricing (based on 2hr party):
A security deposit is required to reserve your spot. Prior to the completion of your child’s party, the final headcount of children attending will be taken and the party balance will be due.
We will contact you the week prior to your party to get an approximate number of children attending the party and schedule the appropriate number of instructors. If the number of children attending is underestimated, an additional instructor fee will still be applied.

Additional Instructor Guidelines:
To ensure the safety of all of our guests during the party, additional instructors may be needed to supervise children on the equipment. With your party reservation, two instructors are included. If the number of children attending exceeds 20, additional instructors will be required. The price for every (1) additional instructor is $45 per party.
1-20 Children – Two Instructors (Included in price of party)
21 – 30 Children – Three Instructors required (+$45)
31 – 40 Children – Four Instructors required, etc (+$90)
