We know that every family's schedule is unique, so we've designed our camp to be as flexible as possible. With GW Naples, you have the power to pick the days and weeks that work best for your family. Whether you want to join us for the entire summer or just during Collier County Public School holidays/vacations, the choice is yours. No matter what combination you choose, we guarantee an unforgettable adventure for children ages 3-13 (fully toilet trained, of course!).
Ready to dive into an array of incredible activities? Get ready for a jam-packed schedule of fun and excitement! At GW Naples, we offer a wide range of activities that cater to every child's interests and energy levels. From thrilling bounce houses and trampolines to exciting gymnastics rotations and captivating arts and crafts, there's something for everyone. Conquer our massive 40 ft inflatable obstacle course, slide down our two thrilling slides, or show off your skills on the 40 ft tumble track. Test your agility on our inflatable velcro wall or engage in high-energy on-your-feet games. Plus, don't miss our Pizza Party Friday Lunch, where you can indulge in delicious pizza and refreshing punch for just $5.
For our camps, you have the option of registering for a half-day (usually a 4 hour duration), as well as a full day with our standard time running from 8 am to 4 pm (8 hours). We offer a wide variety of drop-off and pick-up times. Refer to our chart with camp pricing to view our camp scheduling options and pricing. We understand that sometimes you need a little extra time in your day. That's why we offer extended hours for drop-off and pick-up. Need to drop off your child early? No problem! We accept campers as early as 7:30 am. If you're unable to pick up your child until later, we've got you covered too. Our extended pick-up hours run until 6:00 pm. During these extra hours, your child will enjoy engaging movie time and quiet activities, ensuring they have a blast from start to finish.
At GW Naples, we value family connections. That's why we offer special sibling discounts. Bring your second child and enjoy a 10% discount off their regular camp pricing. Have a third child itching to join the fun? They'll receive an incredible 20% discount on their camp fees. It's our way of making sure every member of your family can experience the joy of camp.
While we don't provide lunch, we encourage campers to come prepared with their favorite snacks and drinks. If your child will be staying past 12:00 pm, please pack a tasty and energizing lunch, along with extra snacks and drinks to keep them fueled throughout the day. We kindly ask that you avoid sending anything that requires refrigeration or microwaving. We have full vending machines for both drinks and snacks, which accept cash, as well as credit and debit cards. Don't forget to include any necessary utensils and napkins. And remember, Fridays are extra special because it's Pizza Party Day! For an additional $5, your child can indulge in a mouthwatering pizza feast and refreshing punch, making Fridays the highlight of the week.
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. If your child misses a camp day, please note that we are unable to offer credits, make-up days, or prorated fees. Our commitment to maintaining small group sizes and providing exceptional experiences necessitates this policy.
We want to ensure a smooth and secure camp experience for your child. That's why we strongly encourage parents to create an account and complete the required Camp Registration online before their child's first day. Additionally, we require a Camp Pick-Up form on file, allowing us to release your child only to authorized individuals. At the end of each camp day, we will ask any adult picking up campers for their valid photo ID. If the ID matches someone listed on the Pick-Up form, we will happily release your child into their care. Your child's safety and well-being are of paramount importance to us.
