Alex Ruidiaz – General Manager

Alex has experience in business management and is a mom to 2 young children. Alex’s husband worked at Gymnastic World Naples for 7 years until he completed college. They are very family oriented and love children. Alex is in charge of daily operations manages the staff, scheduling and all gym matters. She is customer service oriented and aims to please.

Jenny Shackleton – Head Coach 

Coach Jenny has been with Gymnastic World Naples since she was 6 years old. Jenny began as all kids do, with beginner gymnastics classes and later became a very successful competitive gymnast. She worked at Gym World Naples part-time during her high school years and came back and began teaching Team a few years later. Jenny alongside, Coach Ailin, currently teaches Level 4 and up and the Optional teams. She also oversees the lower level Teams and the recreation program, side by side with Coach Ailin,

Ailin Esquivel- Optional & Compulsory Team Coach 

Ailin has an extensive background in gymnastics and is teaching our Gymnastics Optional and Level 4 and 5 Compulsory Competitive Teams. She works one day a week with our Level 3 Team. She has a background working with up and coming Olympiansin South America and is extremely knowledgeable in the education of gymnastics. She works side by side, with Coach Jenny and is very involved in helping mentor our younger coaches learn beginner gymnastics.

Ali Pagoulatos – Level 2 & 3 Team Coach

Ali started her days at Gymnastic World Naples when she was approximately 7 years old. She was in a class with our owner, Miss. Carol and loved it so much, she asked her mom if she could come every day and came to all the classes Miss. Carol taught. She was here as much as our Team kids were and we loved having her at the gym with us! Ali returned in February of 2021 and began teaching beginner gymnastics classes. She then trained in Level 1, then Level 2 and is now also teaching our Level 2 and our Level 3 Competitive Teams. She also works at our front desk and fills in wherever necessary.
