Our birthday parties are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays, with the option of extended party times available upon request. Our standard party duration is two hours, and you will have the entire facility for yourself and your party guests for your selected time slot. We understand the importance of convenience, which is why our expert instructors will handle the entire party, last half-hour of the party. In addition to ensuring the children have a phenomenal time on the floor enjoying the Inflatables and our newly enlarged Foam Pit, they will assist in serving the children in our Giant and private Party Room, keeping track of the gifts, and even pack them up for you. Say goodbye to the hassle of cleaning up at home - our team will take care of everything! You can simply stand back, relax, and capture those precious moments with your camera. A party here means no mess at home!

When you choose Gymnastic World for your birthday party, we take care of all the essentials. Along with our fantastic facility and engaging activities, we provide a very large private Birthday Party room and two dedicated birthday instructors. Tables and chairs are included in your party package, ensuring a comfortable space for all your guests.
YOU play an essential role too! Bring the children, birthday cake, and non-alcoholic beverages to complete the celebration. We recommend bringing plates, silverware, napkins, cups, and tablecloths as well. After the party, you bring home your things and we'll handle cleaning the majority of the post-party mess.
We understand that flexibility is crucial when planning a birthday party. That's why we offer seven different party times each weekend, allowing you to select the slot that best suits your schedule. For longer parties, simply request an extended time, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Party Pricing (Based on 2 hour Party):
A non-refundable and non-transferable security deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Prior to the completion of your child’s party, the final headcount of children attending will be taken and the party balance will be due. We will contact you the week prior to your party to get an approximate number of children attending the party and schedule the appropriate number of instructors. If the number of children attending is underestimated, an additional instructor fee will still be applied.

Additional Instructor Guidelines:
To ensure the safety of all of our guests during the party, additional instructors may be needed to supervise children on the equipment. With your party reservation, two instructors are included. If the number of children attending exceeds 20, additional instructors will be required. The price for every (1) additional instructor is $35 per party.
